Our Contemporary Reformer class is a dynamic, 50-minute, full-body reformer workout that offers an athletic approach to Pilates. Expect energizing routines with purposeful movement, improved balance, mobility, posture, core stability, and flexibility.
Our high-energy mat classes are heated to 95°F with infrared panels. Expect low lights, a curated playlist, and a dynamic full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt and tone using props like weights, resistance bands, and Pilates circles.
